GTX 1060 5GB 确认为40ROP，并非某些网站所谣传的48ROP

之前NVIDIA特供中国市场的GTX 1060 5GB，现已在各大网咖广泛使用，详细规格也有了进一步的信息，不过个人发现了一个有趣的事实：GTX 1060 5GB的ROP确认为40个，而不是之前某些网站谣传、“确认”的48ROP。

首先 48ROP 这个一开始本人就没信（消息源并不是某些自称“独家”的网站。），用脑子想都知道NVIDIA目前的架构 L2/ROP/IMC是绑一起的，阉割显存位宽就必定阉割L2和ROP，阉割到160bit的GTX 1060 5GB不可能是48ROP，当初放出和相信谣言的可能对这方面压根没有清楚的认识。

【Personally I didn’t buy the rumor from the very start. We know current NVIDIA graphic architecture have L2$/ROPs/IMC attached together (literally, not physically), cutting down memory buswidth must come with a cut on L2/ROPs. There’s no way NVIDIA would put 48ROPs on, that makes no sense. So the rumor mill that spreaded this sh*t must just pulled this out of their ass.】

1060 5GB不仅仅只少了1GB显存，还少了8 ROP和1组IMC，相当于像素填充能力和显存带宽较其他192bit版本GTX 1060要低16.7%，在某些场景会造成性能降低。

【With crippled memory/ROPs/IMC, the GTX 1060 5GB version has lower pixel fill rate as well as lower memory bandwidth, this may cause performance loss under certain circumstances.】

好处在于，对于矿工来讲它们就不那么有吸引力了。挖矿对带宽需求很高。

“再次确认是完整的48ROP(full 48ROP)”

“就是1060 6GB削了1GB显存而已(nothing else was lost except 1GB of VRAM)”

这完完全全就是一本正经的胡说八道，进行误导。
